A Five-Day Celebration Timeline
Plan your wedding with ease. Every wedding booking at Willowood includes five days, four nights, of exclusive, full use of the private estate, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the company of your guests and appreciate every moment of your wedding weekend.
DAY 1
Arrive and settle in after 4 PM, as you get ready to host your family and friends in the coming days. Outdoor vendor load-in can begin at 12 PM.
DAY 2
Vendor load-in continues, as you begin your celebration with a welcome dinner or curated activities in the local area.
DAY 3
The celebration continues with local activities, a spa day, your rehearsal dinner, or your wedding rehearsal.
DAY 4
The big day!
DAY 5
Host brunch, relax and reflect, and enjoy a leisurely morning before departure by 3 pm.
